Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, you can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
How to start a return
- Email us at hello@essentialstitchco.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address. Our pieces ship from different makers, so please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the one you want.
Gifts
Received something as a gift? Contact us with the order number and we’ll help you with the return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
