Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing
Our pieces ship directly from the makers we work with. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, and you’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can run longer during the holidays or because of carrier delays.

Orders with more than one item
Because different pieces come from different makers, your order may arrive in more than one package. Each package has its own tracking number.

Shipping costs
Any shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Standard US shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. For smaller orders, shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Holiday orders
For delivery before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 12.

Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking says delivered but you can’t find your package, or it arrives damaged, email us at hello@essentialstitchco.com within 7 days and we’ll help sort it out.
